What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I charge 30/hr per maid for first time in. If you want I can come give an estimate and I gaurentee my work. If you are not happy with something that I cleaned or if I missed something I will be happy to do it the way you want free of charge. It's very important to me that you are very happy with your house cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for merry maids for 6 years and I was the quality control supervisor. I trained the girls and I did estemates. I also have another14 years experience In the house cleaning industry

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
i am found if all my jobs but the ones that stand out are the ones where the customer is not very sure I can make them happy but when they see the finished job they are very happy and can't believe how good it looks
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
check the cleaning crews work after each room they finish so if there is something that needs attention you can have them handle it right then and there. They won't mind you checking there work unless they are not good at what they do. Also no one is perfect and sometimes things get missed so it is good if you are there esp for the first time in
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
is the cleaning going to be gaurenteed? The cleaning company should not be finished until the customer is happy with the cleaning. If you are paying for something ,you need to have it done the way you want and the cleaners should be happy to please you. I sleep good at night knowing I've done a great job cleaning your house
