What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We review the project plans and schedule a job walk with homeowner to go over the plan requirements and verify the existing condition of the project. We provide a free proposal to the homeowners and clarify the scope of work, price and time of the project with homwowner before signing a construction contract. Once the homeowner approved the proposal, we sign a construction agreement and star the project.
