Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Satisfaction and communication are key to a smooth transaction with new customers. Our team arrives on time, and effectively completes the tasks at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout my 20+ years of work related experience has taught me the ins and outs of residential, commercial, and janitorial cleaning. For this reason, I teach and train my cleaners and my Father's team. However, more knowledge of my profession could only help to better my company. Meetings and training sessions with professionals in the industry continue to help me grow as a cleaner and business owner.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not have a standard pricing system, because each and every job is different. Pricing fluctuates depending upon the scope of work.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the business pressure washing meat packing plants with my Father's cleaning company. I was just 15 when I first saw what it meant to work hard for everything I receive.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers range between residential home owners, janitorial business owners, and construction project managers and general contractors. Every contact is different, and I enjoy them all!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice to a customer looking to hire a pro in my area of expertise would be; experience speaks volumes as far as cleaning goes. One cleaner may not realize the importance of the cycle or order of cleaning, but there is an order. My advice, hire a self-employed Pro, they hold a more personalized interest in getting the job done right.
