The LA Computer Guy was founded by Ben, a long-time Apple employee with the goal of returning to the standards that the Apple Genius Bar Experience used to be. As a former trainer of Apple's "Geniuses", Ben knows firsthand how frustrating a visit to the Genius Bar can be today. By coming to you, we take the stress and time constraints away from technical support, and make sure that you can get all of your questions answered the first time.
