I’ve been providing Cable Wiring Services for SMB’s in Los Angeles County and Surrounding Counties since 2006. Experienced Information Technology Network Technician with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Analytical Skills, Microsoft Word, English, Management, and Microsoft Excel. Strong information technology professional with a High School Diploma focused in General Education from University High School.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always meet one on one with the person in charge of making decisions. We go over in detail of what is the scope of work. Once we know what the customer wants we document it on a WORK ORDER. Any changes to the work order must be made with a Change of Work Order Form. Labor and Materilal(s) price may be subject to change. Client will be made aware of any additional cost that may arise from a CWO.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from High School, I have Hands on Experience working in the computer repair service field and telecommunications. This comes natural to me as I’ve been expose to computer at an early age. Having serviced hundreds if not thousands of computer I’ve developed sklls and knowledge on how to best approach every situation with the best possible solution.

How did you get started in this business?
I first started in the computer repair business because I wanted to be independent from working for someone. I feel I can make more money working independently rather than working for the man. In 2006 I decided to start Mobile PC Service and ever since I’ve been on a quest providing reasonable cost of service to the businesses and residents in the communities.

I’ve established professional business relationships with business owners from SMB’s. Just to name a few. Church of the Chimes, LA Trasmission, Laptops Anytime and the list goes on and on.
