What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Team sends an Introduction message, we schedule an appointment to visit / discuss details regarding the project. After the visit we send a formal estimate via email or preferred way of contact and once the client agrees to the terms then we start the job as soon as the contract has been signed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before pursuing a career in Heating and Air Conditioning, Chris worked as a Junior Technician. After gaining experience in the HVAC field he decided to enroll in College to learn more and soon after got Licensed. That is when Christian HVAC started and have been working ever since.
