What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial meeting I will bring Customer to show room or bring customer samples . Once Our customer chooses a product we provide an estimate and contract once we agree on a price reschedule a date and proceed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this business for 30 years doing construction we have a B and a C license and had a show room for 12 years kitchens baths and additions. I have been trained in all flooring substrate and train my estimators and installers.
