I work by the hour (65 for most jobs) but my travel time is not included in my two hour minimum, so you don't pay me to get to your residence.
I will come up with solutions that save you money....I will repair windows with patches of dry rot rather than replace the whole window. I will tell you beforehand if I can't do a job.
I've been building things since I was ten years old. I like making things, repairing them or just making them work. I want you to be as happy with my work as I am doing what I do.
