What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to meet with the homeowner in charge of the project, we listen carefully to what their needs are and go over options according to their needs of the project. We believe in working very close with the homeowner to insure that the results are exactly what were requested. We believe in not only working closely with the customer, but also educating the customer as the project moves along.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended numerous landscape and irrigation classes, and seminars through out my over 30 years in the industry. I am always striving to learn the new and evolving changes that are constantly napping in the landscape industry.
How did you get started in this business?
I took an interest in the industry when I was 16 years old. I love seeing projects come to fruition. No matter how big or small the project. I loved what I do then and still do!
