What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with the client to make sure i know exactly what services are most important for them. I also like to suggest that the first cleaning be somewhat of a deep clean that way i know what has and hasnt been done and moving forward it is just maintenance cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years experience, im very good at paying attention to detail and im passionate about the work i do.

I can provide a basic estimate based on average cost for size of home. I like to walk through and see exactly what the client needs and then im able to give an exact quote.
How did you get started in this business?
My family ran a cleaning company for years.

I usually work with elderly and retired clients. I have done quite a few dorms and apartments by the University for college students.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently cleaned a home for a lady with triplets who hasnt been able to clean her home by herself i made sure every surface from top to bottom was clean and sanitized.

Basically is this pro activly listening and seem to understand my needs. What areas do i need prioritizes so i make sure they are completed
