We live with a roommate who never cleans, three cats, a German Shepherd, and an 8 year old son. In the past month, my mom died awfully, battling cancer, and I had surgery with downtime. You can imagine my home looked like … a car crash. Dust, clothes, random junk, and detritus everywhere, and me with no energy at all to fix the problem. I put a quote on Thumbtack and Mel was the most professional, fairly-priced, and communicative option. What Mel’s team did for us was nothing short of a miracle. I’m not exaggerating when I say I almost cried. Instead of just cleaning around all my random stuff in piles, they organized, cleaned up trash, and sanitized and cleaned every surface spotlessly. I was so embarrassed that the first thing I said was “just stay the three hours, you don’t even have to finish, just do what you can.” Well guess what: not only did they finish - they went above and beyond to make sure my home was as clean as possible. I set up a monthly cleaning service with them because they truly changed my life. If you’re on the fence at all, I’m here to tell you, book them now!

I can not say enough good things about Alvi and her associate. I am out of town and needed someone to go through my deceased family members belongings and prepare them to be shipped to us. She was very professional and treated his belongings with respect. Being out of town it took a bit of coordinating to get this task accomplished and Alvi has been more than accommodating. Without doubt i would recommend her for any of your cleaning needs.

I scheduled with Perfectionist By Nature because I was having some issues with my previous housekeepers who I used for my VRBO. Mel & crew went above and beyond to get my house ready and prepared for my next guests. They washed all the sheets and blankets, cleaned the front and back patio and left the house in such a great condition that I wished I used them when I lived in that home. The house smelled fresh and clean upon entering. I felt they are trustworthy and I will definitely use them in the future!

Mel responded right away to my request and was able to schedule a move out cleaning on short notice. Mel and her team arrived on time and did a thorough job. I would highly recommend her!
