What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is a very easy process!
Our first step is to listen. Listen to the symptoms of your problem, and listen to your needs!
From there we take the standard information: Name, Number, Phone, Email and Address!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have a standard pricing system! We choose to "opt out" of the hourly pricing simply because, do you want our slow guy or our fast guy? We don't see it fair for you to pay for how long our techs take at your home! We also "opt out" of a set pricing because in those situations you are most likely paying for the worst case scenario. Here at Apple Plumbing we price out the work per job. Our minimum service call is $150, from there is just depends on parts, the type of job, how labor intensive etc. We pride ourselves on giving free quotes EVERY job. If you agree with the quote, we do the work. If you don't agree to the quote, we leave and you are not charged for us coming to look at it! We believe this is our fair pricing.
