Arcadian Handyman
About
We are a professional, detail oriented, more than just a handyman company, providing custom work for our many clients.
We do plumbing (including garbage disposal replace/install), painting (interior Only), electrical (including ceiling fan replace/install), drywall install/repair, flooring (ceramic and porcelain tile/laminate flooring), rain gutters (clean/install), residential remodeling, custom carpentry, Honey-do lists, Seasonal resident monthly maintenance and more. We also complete punch lists for contractor remodels and new builds. Arizona natives and serving the Valley of the Sun since 2001. I started out in the 80's in construction, building custom homes with my Brother, John, at JM Development, Inc. After a while I decided not to build homes any more, but build a business instead. So in January, 2001 I started working as the Arcadian Handyman. Born and raised in AZ and grew up in Arcadia, Scottsdale. Not a licensed contractor.
I love the finished product. We are not the fastest at what we do, but we work steady and thorough. We take pride in our work and every project is unique and performed with great care and completeness.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We just completed a corrugated patio cover. As we were demoing this project, we discovered a lot of hidden wood rot, notified the owner (rental property), sent pictures and offered a very resonable price to replace the rotted beams and posts. The finished project was amazing. A brand new look with a repair price.
Both the homeowner and the tenants were amazed and extremely happy with the finished product.
