What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contactless service can be provided by dropping off the computer where it will wiped down, serviced, and wiped down again. It is placed in our pickup location and the customer picks it up. Payment will be electronic by CC or venmo.
An appointment is agreed upon to go to the customer or for the customer to come to me. I introduce myself and provide identification if requested.
The customer need is established and work begins.
