What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once basic phone / email troubleshooting is completed, then an appointment is made for an On-Site or Remote Online appointment. Average support call range from a one-hour minimum up to 2.5 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educational support includes Wireless Security, Malware protection and avoidance, Email precations, Computing on the road & Identity Protection.

Home service starts at $79 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Home-based business and commercial service starts at $99 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
Every On-Site or Remote Online appointment includes a travel charge or remote access fee of $15.
How did you get started in this business?
Picking business names late at night is usually a recipe for disaster, but on Labor Day weekend in 2005, things worked out pretty good for us. Tech people will tell you that night-time is the right time for some creative ideas to percolate up to the surface and that is just what happened: Our own crazy dog's started barking at each other while domain name ideas were bounced back and forth. The comment was made, "Why won't those crazy dogs be quiet?"

CRAZY DOG has supported businesses from 1000+ employees all the way to Sole Proprietors. We currently focus on businesses from 1 to 25 computer users and residential users with or without a Home-Based business.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Know that professional service people live on YOUR referrals. They must be dedicated to the solution that works best for you, hoping to earn your trust. We at Crazy Dog want to build a relationship with each customer, just like the old-time country doctor who made house-calls. We have been barking this same message for almost 100 dog-years, and we plan to do so for another 100.
