12/10/2018 Restaurant Equipment Network is great and the technician Frank G. Ruiz was very helpful. My microwaves were broken and I asked for help with the installation of my new microwaves. They replied really fast and the technician Frank is extremely knowledgeable and installed everything smoothly. Great service!

1/8/2019 Frank came over and was able to repair our refrigerator. It needed a few things and he charged a very fair price considering extent of the repairs. We are very happy with this company and would hire them again

1/11/2019 Frank was very informative. I've never used a front load washing machine before and I asked him what I needed to know to make sure that I did everything to operate the machine correctly. He explained how I needed to keep the gasket clean inside the door, and to pull out the dispenser tray to clean out any mold or grime that gets stuck in there. He also showed me about the filter and how to drain the water from the washer prior to pulling the filter out. He made me laugh when he said not to be surprised if I found money in the filter.

He did the job in much less time than he estimated it would be.

He reversed in the door on my dryer. And he removed a nonworking microwave convection oven. And then as he was leaving there was one other small project I won't mention what it is here because it's not a typical service they provide. He took the time to do that as well.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
