Employee-Owned since 1990, The Groundskeeper is the Southwest’s premier commercial landscape management company. Jack Hasbrouck founded the company in 1976 with the idea of offering exceptional landscape and customer service. In 1993, Jack sold half of the company to his employees. In 2008, with success and growth, the company was able to purchase the remaining shares from Jack, making The Groundskeeper the first 100% employee-owned landscape company in the U.S. An alliance with Greater Texas Landscape Services was also formed in 2008, which created the current company footprint that shows offices throughout Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. The Groundskeeper continues to prosper under its new employee-owners, and continues to offer the same uncompromising quality, integrity and service. In fact, we believe these values are some of the reasons we were recently one of the “Top 20 Great Companies” by Landscape Management Magazine.
