Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have a standardized pricing system. We perform a detailed cost survey of complete and detailed plans, designed specifically for the clients site and conditions. With this required level of detail we account for all costs, and we provide the most exacting price, eliminating the opportunity for unexpected costs or additional expense in the form of unnecessary change orders (typical of incomplete designs and poor estimating practices).
How did you get started in this business?
I started in this business as a superintendent building swimming pools, spas and water features in Las Vegas, Nevada with Sylvan Pools in 1996. My swimming pool career has spanned more than 25 years having served as superintendent, project manager, manager, director, Vice President, managing director, and managing partner, directing operations for the design, engineering, construction, delivery and warranty service in both residential and commercial sectors including in-ground, multi-family, luxury high-rise, casino, resort, hotel and internationally recognized attractions.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the course of a 25 year career in swimming pool, spas and water features I have worked with every type of pool, spa and water feature, material and application for all types of clients including hard working families, business owners, real estate developers, contractors, hotel and casino owners, home owners associations, celebrities and retail corporations.
