I like to discuss what they want to accomplish overall and asses what service would suite their needs best. Then set up a plan to help accomplish their goals.

I am a college graduate and it is not relevant to cleaning however, I have a big family and have much experience with keeping my house organized and clean

I base my pricing upon tiers and basic formula. What is factored in is distance I have to type of cleaning it is, distance I have to travel, supplies needed for the job, time allotted for the job and sales taxes as well as how much I have to pay my employees.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of my children giving back to our community so when we clean out our pantry, we box everything up and give it out to the homeless
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In my opinion it's best to talk to the person you are evaluating to feel out what they say and how they present their business.
