Randall knows what he's going--30 years experience. My sidewalk is GORGEOUS. I have other projects in the works for him. I need nobody else for my concrete needs. Randall is also polite and well-spoken, timely, attentive and fairly priced to top it off!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I prefer to give estimates in person. So after initial contact by phone, I would set a time and date that work for both parties to meet at clients project site to access job and give estimate. The first step, would be to confirm dimensions, elevations, purpose(patio, driveway, sidewalk, ?), color and texture of finished product(s). Second, take measurements and access job to determine best cost effective way to execute task. Third, provide written estimate to clients with verbal confirmation of  process of operation, duration (start-finish) and labor and material costs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 30 years of knowledge and experience in commercial and residential concrete construction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've been very fortunate to do business with clients from all sectors. Besides the home owners I meet through HomeGuide, my company also hire out to other construction companies and private business owners.
