What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introducing myself and asking what they think the problem might be so we can check all aspects of what it might be

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The training that I have went to ITT Tech pacifically in troubleshooting no soldering was involved

Are standard price is $40 flat rate unless parts are needed and those parts need to be supplied by the customer all we do is install them

How did you get started in this business?

After graduating ITT Tech couldn't find anybody that I would like to work for it so I decided to work for myself

What types of customers have you worked with?

Just like with any customers you have your good in your bad I prefer nice and good customer that want to listen to what I have to say about fixing it instead of self-diagnosing it

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

A couple of weeks ago I work for a lady that was trying to speed up your computer but unfortunately I had to explain to her that her laptop couldn't be upgraded because of the processor and the type of motherboard that's on that processor but when I fixed your computer or so it matched up with her printer she seem to be very happy she's a very nice lady and I appreciate that more than you could possibly imagine I guess it's one of those Catch 22 News you get more flies with sugar than you do with vinegar

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for the cheapest price and the best work and when the person tells you he's not finished please don't tell him how it's okay if he leaves until the job is finished to make sure that the computer runs right I don't work on hourly base so I like to make sure that when I leave the customers happy

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

 they should think about what's wrong with the computer and tell me what they think and then we can go from there we could troubleshooting
