What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We fit our customers needs to a solution that works best for them. With being a contractor for over 30yrs we can usually determine what needs to be done on the first phone contact. We can then walk them thruough any simple solutions or come to them ready to fix or replace the needed items. We will give you a quote on the first contact, if upon arrival there should be something else needed, we would explain the situation and give you an additional quote to take care of it on the spot .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been General Contractor fire over 16yrs. A lisenced catastrophe insurance adjuster of 9 years. A Roofing contractor fire over 33 yrs. We look firsts to putting our expertise to work for you!!
