We love to see the clients reaction when they see how shiney and new we have made their homes. It is a very satisfying feeling to see the results of all our hard work. When we do a deep clean our goal is to make it look new again and we do everything in our power to achieve this goal if we ever encounter something that we can't seem to get clean enough we stop and do some research to find out what we can do that might work better and we do it so in the end you can be sure that if we can't get it clean it can't be done! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet the customer at their home and have them give us a tour and describe to us what they would like to see done. This way we get a better idea for things like the type of surfaces we will be cleaning; tile, granite, wood ect. This ensures that when it's time to do the work we will show up with the right products and tools to get the job done! It also gives us the opportunity to address any questions or concerns the home owner may have about any part of the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years of professional cleaning experience under her belt now Crystal has enjoyed cleaning as a hobby her whole life she has always had a nack for meticulously cleaning every nook and cranny on every surface and everything on top of that surface as well. She's all in when she starts a cleaning project. So it was a natural step for her to start cleaning to earn some extra cash at about age 15 she started by cleaning the homes of her parents friends and other family members homes and even her father's office building on the weekends. Crystal loves what she does and she puts all of herself into her work which shows. Recently Crystal and her husband decided to start a cleaning business Crystal proved to be a great cleaning instructor and taught her husband everything she knows about cleaning. She says David dedicated himself to learning how to do things the way Crystal insisted they be done and soon picked up on and learned how to master all her little tips and tricks. Crystal says David now excells at cleaning like a pro. Sometimes Crystal will cadidly admit that he may now be better then she is at cleaning some things! All in all the Mastersons are a cleaning dream team one client has said.
How did you get started in this business?
I've been cleaning to make extra money since I was 12 years old. I would clean for my parents friends at their homes and offices. And as I got older I would clean for people to make extra money on my days off from my regular job I started out just cleaning for a few family friends and gained more business from word of mouth. Same with Pet sitting I would watch after neighbors and family friends pets and I would get compliments on how well I would care for them as if they were my own pets and people were impressed by how easily their pet would take to me and how quickly they became comfortable around me.
