My Name is Allen Knight my wife and I own Maids Cleaning & More. We work in teams so that we can make your house shine in a reasonable amount of time. If for some reason something does not meet your approval please inform our office within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to have the problem corrected. Each team is led by a team leader who is responsible for ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction. We also employ quality assurance staff. They will perform periodic checks when the teams are cleaning. Our goal is to keep your dream home or the place you call your "castle" as clean as it can possibly be so that you can spend your time doing what you like to do the most. All of our employees are Bonded, Insured, Background checked, and speak English.

We send a checklist to each customer so that we are on the same page. It’s simple, we stand behind our work. We also realize we are human. If we miss something, or it’s not cleaned to your satisfaction, simply call us within 24 hrs and we will return, at no charge, and make it right, no questions asked. That’s our 100% satisfaction guarantee on every job we do for you.

How did you get started in this business?
I started cleaning office buildings in 1988 and dreamed that someday I could own my own company. In 2015 I was laid off from my corporate sales job. I decided to finally make that dream a reality.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every type of customer imaginable. We have cleaned for elderly customers who just can't do the work themselves anymore. We clean for busy working professionals while they are at work themselves. We clean for single parents who don't have the time and we clean for Vacation Rental owners and a few multi-million dollar homes around the valley.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A customer called me and said with this COVID -19 going on I'm sure your business has been effected. We love our cleaners so we would like to hire you every week instead of every other week till we get through this. We don't want these girls to go unemployed.
