What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first speak with someone I find out what kind of services they would need and how often. Sometimes I go to the customers home to go over any details about what they need done. All in all, we have a thorough conversation about my services they will need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started cleaning at the age of 5. As an adult I have worked as a Lead Housekeeper in Hospitals, working in all departments, including Emergency Rooms, Labor and Delivery, Surgery rooms as well as Offices and Patient rooms. Have years of experience working in Hotels and Nursing Homes and Assisted living Homes.
How did you get started in this business?
Most of my life was spent working for others on a personal level and working at facilities on a professional level.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with the elderly in Assisted Living Homes. I've worked with professional business people who own businesses and I have worked with medical staff, nurses, doctors, etc., In medical facilities.
