Hello I'm Sterling Sam, owner of handyman sam's I was with the Carpenter Union an every now an then doning side job, then along the way pick up my Plumbing Journeymen card , then I did a Remodel office put in a 2nd floor loft in this office...then they gave another Remolding on air line throughout the whole plant in every workstation... At the time this is for a semiconductor plan General Dynamics.
I applied a subcontractors license in Navajo Nation (Sam's Plumbing and heating ) bet it on numerous of jobs got a lot of work putting in septic tanks Litchfield field an run 3" line w/cleanout to the house
At time I would add on with concrete slab rolls Windows doors installation drywall bathtub vanity water heater...for that they can have an in joy the use of Hot & Cold water, I run water line hot an cold water to kitchen install wet vent by the also had to have my work inspect it before I can move forward , Plumber Code on all my work, inspector signed off and pass my work interior and exterior so I was able to pursue them closing up the job.
