Well to be honest I just started my own landscaping company because I was working with other companies and I got treated and done dirty treated wrong so I ventured off to start my own I started from the ground up I'm not doing too badd but it's a little hard cause I work alone so on trying to do the best that I can by building my company buying the tools buying the cards the T shirts everything that I need to make it look professional and be professional I do dornoch and I do help people who need services I work with people who are on disability and a very low income I will do it ever I can to earn your business I'm not trying to earn top dollar I'm trying to earn you as a customer for ever so there's anything that I do to stick out I will work with anybody and I will make sure that you have great service and great customer service I'm willing to do whatever it takes to bring my company up i thank u very much and hope u give me a chance to earn ur business

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first i introduced my self and my company...
Then me and the customer talk about what they need done
And what they want done to the yard . Then we discusse the price now the price varies from yard to yard i then do not wanna make the most money i wanna earn ur business your tust for me to be ur landscaper...
So i then perform my duties and then after the customer is satisfied and happy i then proceed to make them my weekly bi weekly or monthly recurring customer...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on training and business management also sales manager management and work great with others great team leader and a boss when need be but for the most part team oriented...

No our prices are different for each yard and job we do depending on size of yard and how much work needs to be performed. I also work with people who have disabilities and people with low income i wlll make sure to work with the customer and also if they dont have the all or none of the money up front i will still perform my duties and then wait for the customers next pay day ..
How did you get started in this business?
Well I started working with a different Companies for a while and It did not work out at all so what I did was ventured off and started my own company so that way I can prove I can do it Without themSo I invested the little bit of money that I had and got tools T shirts cards and went to work slowly but surely I'm building my clientele and building my company it's just really hard when you're doing it alone when you're supposed to have a team but people try to just take over and not work as a team so it's a little bit rough but I'm sure it'll get better
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all type of customers like I said even the ones that have low income in have disabilities all do whatever it takes turn your business

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell the customer to make sure you're comfortable with the employee to do the work make sure hes honest make sure you feel comfortable with him for forming his duties and make sure he does a good job after and then I would be up to you to keep him but always make sure that he is who he is and he says and does what he tells you not just trying to make the most money off U
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Well make sure they can do what u ask of them .
Ask them if they have any issues performing the job duties
Make sure ur dealing with a real landscaper and not just a poser tryin to come up off of u
And ask if u can look them up and see there ratings and or comments of the person working ur job
Always ask what there gonna charge u and make sure to go over job details and duties before they start
