I offer cleaning both residential and commercial cleaning services with 20 years experience. I have been professionally trained to clean commercial and residential both, so I know how to get all types of flooring, furnIture, and surfaces clean without damagng the finishes or  causing any harm, scratches, etc.  I have also one or two trusted, trained, and skilled helpers that I may bring along on bigger jobs or longer days. We are all honest, reliable, background checked, and come highly recommended.  I offer to do a walk through when finished with each cleaning job.... to make sure I have done the job to the customers satisfaction, and to be sure nothing was overlooked or incomplete.  I do offer a happiness guarantee and I don't consider the job finished until you are pleased with the results.

FAQs


What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I place a bid that my customer agrees with. They have the option of reviewing my profile, background, and references to gain more understanding of me, and what I can do for them...and they are always welcome to ask me any questions they may have.  I am more than happy to give whatever information they might want to help them feel more comfortable about having me come into their homes.  Together we decide upon a date and a time for the cleaning, and other details....such as whether or not they will be home for the cleaning, how I will enter the home if they will not be there.  We discuss what they want to have cleaned and/or anything they do not want cleaned, along with any special instructions or requests they may have.  I prepare for the cleaning by having the proper supplies and equipment ready to go, clean rags, an empty vacuum cleaner, my notes that I've taken when we spoke (or messaged eachother), and a complete address to put into google maps (for GPS help in finding them and getting there on time.)   When I arrive some customers like to walk me through the home to show me the rooms we agreed for me to clean, and some customers have me get right to work, unless I have any questions for them.  (Both options work for me. )Then I do my job.  If the customer is home when I am finished then I offer a walk through with them to make sure they are pleased with the result.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was trained professionally by a cleaning company I worked for back in my college years. The training involved what products to use on various surfaces and how to avoid damaging them.  How to clean carefully to avoid breaking items.  The proper method of starting from the top to the bottom to avoid having to clean anything again and again. How to best clean various types of floors, and other helpful tips that make your work the best that your customer could hope for.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I have a regular set charge for one, two, three, four, and five bedroom homes and then I offer discounts for regular reocurring cleanings. Monthly= 10% off, bi-weekly= 15% off, weekly= 20% off the regular rate. I charge an additional $15 to clean the inside of an oven, $15 for the inside of fridge if a customer specifys they want either or both of those cleaned. I charge an additional $10 fee for eco- friendly products.  If I do laundry or windows, I charge based on how many windows (regardless of size), and how many loads of laundry. I do NOT charge more for pets.
