About this pro

Since the age of 4 I have been rescuing animals, after that I started to foster and get into alot of volunteer work. My philosophy on working with animals is this, its easy to feed a dog or clean a litter box but its so much more than that. It is about making sure your client's animal feels loved and comfortable. Animals are so smart and can sense energy, hence why I believe in the business of animals you need to be a animal person and as you will see at our meet and greet that your furrbaby will love me once they get comfortable and they know they are safe.  After going to college I decided to build my own pet sitting business from the ground up and now recently moved to Arizona to start over fresh! My business was called Pampered pets of Miami Beach while living in Florida. I have been rescuing, adopting, fostering and more for 20 plus years because animals and children are my passion. I treat your animal as if he or she is my own and they will get lots of love! We always send pictures of the visits because I know how hard it is to leave your furry kiddo behind! Also I have my level 1 fingerprint clearence card too!

I love making sure my clients know that their animal is in good hands. Whether its a honeymoon to the bahamas, I love hearing after someone's trip that it was that much more enjoyable because of my daily pictures and just knowing they were in good hands. Seeing a smiling face on my furry and non furry kiddos.

Kayla was one of a kind. She loved on my two dogs and cat for 18 days and as I requested updates throughout the day ( my poodle was just spayed so I was so worried about leaving her). Kayla sent me updates every few hours and truly took such GREAT care of my bubs. My last pet sitter lost my dog for 5 hours and was terrified to do this again but its like god was watching over me. Kayla you are a godsend as I told you and want you to know how much you're appreciated, thank you for helping me with my ptsd from my prior sitter and now I can travel to see my daughters at school more.

Kayla and her husband were great. I was a little skeptical bc of the area she lives by but I am so happy I went with my gut because my dogs were so well taken care of. Never judge a book by ita cover because ive had pet sitters in million dollar homes and have had TERRIBLE experiences. She sent me daily pics and she gave them baths and groomed them without charge. Thank you kayla!!!!!!!!

Kaila’s experience with animals made me feel comfortable leaving her with a place I did not know well. She kept me informed the entire time I was away with texts and photos. Her passion for animals was a winning point as well as her passion for caring for my puppy.

My first option bailed on me and luckily I found Kayla and she answered and got me and my dogs in within the hour so I didn't miss my flight. She was a lifesaver and my dogs were very happy!

How did you get started in this business?

As a child my mother worked with animals so my love for animals came naturally. It all started by rescuing and volunteering.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I braught on a new german shepard named Bella and she wasnt potty trained and she was boarded at my home and had her potty trained within 3 days! She was such fast learner and seeing my dogs go on their own also motivated her! Go Bella!!!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would find a person who doesn't just look at this as a businsss and truly have passion for your animals. It's easy to feed a dog and make sure they are safe but personally I would also want my animals to also be happy and feel comfortable! I would say that's the difference between myself and alot of other places
