What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with our customer new or reoccurring I listened carefully and get an understanding of what needs to be done. We then check the area and see what is the best possible way to achieve the job quickly, effectively and in the safest manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in now junk removal industry for 10 years. I have done many foreclosure cleanouts, rental cleanouts, construction clean up and even hot tub removal.

I don't have a standard fee for trash removal every job it's different.
