What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Customers Call, I answer any questions they have at hand. If they approve, I will meet at there home and look over what they have that needs addressed. Write down the items. Then meet back with the homeowners and point out what needs done. Then at that point I ask for information, such as extra phone numbers, email addresses and entry information. Will let them know that I will type out a estimate via email and send it to them that evening or first thing the next day. If approve then we set up a date that's good for them. Then the project begins.
