What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts me, we coordinate when to give an estimate for the services desired, I take a look and offer a free quote, and then the customer hires me to do any or allof the estimate. Payment is colllected after the job is finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years experience, and I use the Pulaski County Cooperative Extension as my expertise resource for specific details to trees such as diaseases, root rot, and so on.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every job is unique, so therefore so are the quotes. I occasionalloy allow a customer to text or email me pictures so I can provide a rough estimate electronically.
How did you get started in this business?
My father got into this line of work.

Residentail and commercial, but not municipal

Confirm insurance, and do NOT pay the contractor for any uncompleted work.
