What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't always judge a book by its cover. I don't have everything I need starting out and some might would turn the other way. I will use what I have and work harder to make up for not having the nice zero turn or fancy trailer
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask about them personally take a peak inside their lives. You never know what path a person is on. We depend on perceptions and I'm not to sure people's perceptions should even be allowed loose sometimes.
