What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always find out how big the property is. How many bedrooms, bathrooms (or offices if it's a commercial property). I find out how often the customer wants cleaning (weekly, bi weekly, monthly).
Next, I ask what the customer wants done specifically. Some clients don't want bedrooms clean, some want extra attention on certain areas. Whatever you want, we can make it happen.
