Legacy PMD is a family owned real estate development and contracting company started in 2020. Our goal is to create a legacy that our grandchildren can be proud of long after we're gone. The same applies for our customers. We take pride in our work and would like to extend that dedication in helping our communities and friends with their legacy. Whether that is an updated kitchen we install, where families can come together for great meals or a new deck where children can make memories that will last a lifetime; we strive to continue that legacy of hard word, honesty and reliability. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we always work around your schedule. We understand children, jobs and "you" time so we try to make the meeting process as relaxed as possible. Once we set a time and place, one of our trained team members will come out with ideas already for you! From there, we will do our due diligence in getting your the best possible pricing on material and putting that together with our best pricing on labor and bam! Everything is coming together. The next step would be scheduling the work to be done at your home, business, garage or wherever you need us. This will also work around your schedule, of course. Then, it's just a matter of getting the remodel or repair completed and seeing your smiling faces. Oh yeah, we will never leave a scrap of dust or dirt behind so you won't have to worry about that. We were taught to clean up after ourselves! I hope this gave you an idea of how we try to keep things simple but professional. We can't wait to hear from you!

We do not have a standard pricing system due to the fact that every home and every job is unique. Your imagination in what you would like to accomplish should not be duplicated.
How did you get started in this business?
20 years ago we couldn't sit still. We're not the type to be happy sitting at a desk all day. We would rather work with our hands, be outside, fix things and create amazing projects for customers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with an array of customers so far. We have worked with disabled veterans, real estate brokers, high end resorts, new home owners and everyone in between.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Our initial consultation is of no charge to you and there is no commitment. We want to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want when you are repairing or upgrading your biggest investment. We can go slow and take our time to make sure you are comfortable with every decision along the way.
When hiring a professional make sure you don't feel "rushed". With big projects, you should be hiring a partner, not a boss.
We are here to make sure that you are ok with your decisions and there is no buyer's remorse. Take the time and sit with your contractor and let them know your worries, your goals for the project and anything else you deem important. This is your home, your project and your legacy. Make it worth it!
