Everything I do in Home Remodeling and Construction to me is a personal craft. I'm ecstatic to see any outcome that exceeded our own expectations. Some other business owners Probaly dont ever admit this or think this but myself I'm accepting to any mistakes made along the way because it allows myself to grow in this industry not only with skillset but as a business too. We're all humans and if or when myself or my business makes a mistake is imperative that we come to table prepared solution and at end of the day we've accomplished ourselves as humans and as Construction company. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential new customers contact us to address their project or any concern involving their home's structure to schedule a free in person home evaluation or estimate that is guranteed to beat our competitors. One of our friendly professional techs will come out to the location submitted by the customer and will throughly go through the proper steps looking for any type of damage or concern that possibly interfere with your homes stability or safety. Once a scope of work is prepaid our tech will sit down with you and fully explain to you any issues that's serious or not so your fully aware of whats important. Our tech will then answer any questions or concerns you may have at that time. Once the consultation is complete our tech will either provide you with a written prepared estimate at that moment or in some cases our tech will need to do additional research and will follow up within in 24-48hrs for the estimate
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and skills come from being a 3rd generation following my dad and grandfather in a business he founded in 1968 and to this day after 62yrs is running stronger than ever. Their unique way of getting things done took shape long before but is imprinted within every step I take.
