Being polite, knowing the specifics, doing my best, taking everything into regard. Ultimately getting the job done quick, but having it done professionally.

GED and the experience I've had in the lawn maintenance 'industry'.

$10-$12 an hour depending on whether or not taxes are cut. And for solo service, it depended on the yard and the work needed done.

All sorts, if referring to personalities.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My granddad's yard yesterday, 4 hours, and I just mowed, weed eated, cut down tree limbs, and edged.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To take precautions on the provider their requesting. Not all providers know the roots or care to deal with their work correctly in an orderly manner.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The budget they're on, the specific requirements of the work they're needing done, and how they'd like it done. I guess that's kind of the same thing as the 2nd thing I said.
