I am very thorough with my work and if I cannot fix your problem, there is no charge.

I have used his computer service for at least eight to ten years. He is the only person that works on my computers. When I call him he is always available and comes out within 24 hours. He has also been available to me over the phone and emails when I have minor issues and I get immediate responses normally. Also he is good to make suggestions on how best to optimize the use of my computer. Highly recommend his service and appreciate the good work he has done on my computers.
