I'm a master plumber with over 16 years experience. I served a 5 year apprentice & worked for 3 different plumbing shops before starting my own business. All types of customers in all cities in southeastern Wisconsin.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Do a little homework. Read reviews, talk to people who have used contractor & or look into BBB or Angies List ext. There are a lot of bad contractors out there ripping people off & taking advantage of people. It Makes it hard for good contractors trying to help people out

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

They should know their problem & know their options before deciding what's best course of action.
