What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will reach out, explaining the issue they are experiencing. We answer questions, give a quote and review technician availability. If the customer wants to proceed, we confirm timing and schedule an appointment with a specific technician.
We do not have contracts. We believe that when you see what a quality job we perform, you will call us back when a new pest control issue arises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed and experienced professionals, adept at dealing with the most common pests in the Midwest. We also specialize in both residential and commercial pest control.

There is a basic pricing structure for our services. On occasion, we need to rely on our technicians to help determine pricing quotes as they understand factors that impact pricing, such as the size of the residence, building or property, and the severity of the issue or investation.

How did you get started in this business?
The family business started with a focus on animal control. Based on requests from our customers, we expanded into pest control. After 35 years of experience, we decide to further manage those customer requests by starting a company focused only on pest control. That's why we can say that we're a new company with over 35 years of pest control experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of residential and commercial customers in southeastern Wisconsin. Pests don't discriminate and neither do we.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our customer had a situation where they were hearing noises from within their bedroom wall and the drywall was slightly bulging out. The drywall was so soft that they easily put a hole through the drywall and stinging insects began to swarm out. That's when they called us. Our technicians suited up and with permission from the customer, they removed a small section of the drywall, applied treatment, removed the nest and cleaned up the mess. We also had a follow up call with the customers to ensure there was no further activity.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
