We are a new construction home builder that only works in the custom market. Every one of our designs starts from scratch, using an experienced licensed architect. We specialize in unique designs and high quality construction.
RBK renovations uses the same principles as our new builds and focuses on rec rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and master suites.
It is very rewarding watching a project go from an idea to a reality.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An email or phone call is a great place to start to see if we fit your needs and if your project fits into our schedule. I typically respond within one day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed WI contractor and have been the co-owner of RBK for seven years. I am a hands on owner that controls the entire project and also does physical work as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
After an initial meeting or call, I can give a price range for your project. If that range seems reasonable, I would get my architect and subcontractors involved to get an actual price.
How did you get started in this business?
With there being a lot of track homes or cookie cutter new construction builds, I felt there was a lack of quality in construction and the architecture of homes in the area. RBK was born and our standards have not changed since the start of the company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients looking to update their home, add additional living space, or build and design a new home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Never limit yourself to talking to only one company. Interview several to get a good feeling for the price and how your project will be managed.
You should always have a good relationship with your contractor. If you don’t get that feeling, they aren’t the right fit for you. I believe that goes the same way with prospective clients.
