We listen to the customer. We price the job to fit into their budget, not ours. We will take on smaller jobs. We do almost every kind of home remodelling. Interior, exterior and foundation repair. Most of our customers come back to us for all of their home remodelling needs.
We are licensed, insured, belong to NARI and BBB.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer at their home to find out what they are interested in doing. Depending on what they want, we then have them to our showroom for selectiosn so that we can together pricing.
Once that is done, we are ready to present a quote and scope of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of experience in remodelling and new construction is our schooling. We have been involved in every area of real estate giving us the background to handle any project you might have.

How did you get started in this business?
I have been in real esate my whole life in one way or another.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. We have built single families and condos. We have doen whole house renovations. We have also done small remodelling jobs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We did 2 whole house redos on a lke in Muskego right next to each other where we raised the home and built a basement underneath, as well as complete interior and exterior improvements.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your homework. Hire soembody you feel comfrotable and feel you can trust. The lowest price doesn't always mean the lowest cost.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
KNow exactly what you want. And even though you may not want to give out budget numbers, it is important for the contarcot to know a range you are thinking. Otherwise, both parties can be wasting a lot of time.
