What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While we pride ourselves on providing prompt, professional service to our existing customers, we appreciate the opportunity to work with new customers as well. And hopefully you'll enjoy working with us and want to be a Pharo customer for life!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a highly trained and experienced workforce, with multiple lead installers being here for over 20 years. With that being said, we are constantly trying to train and improve everyday through continued training.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer a wide range of services and the pricing varies throughout. Our service department has a set diagnostic fee that includes our trip out and time to diagnose the issue(s)... from there we would provide an estimate of the repairs prior to doing the work.
As far as installations, we offer free estimates so you know up front what you're going to pay. We don't like dealing with suprises and feel you shouldn't either.
How did you get started in this business?
We are a family owned and operated company that was incorporated in 1983 by current President Bill Pharo, and Vice President Nancy Pharo. Started as a small operation, Pharo Heating & Cooling is now employing over 20 people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are a loyal company and enjoy working with customers for the long term, building trust and enjoying the interactions. Our primary work is Residential, but we do some light Commercial as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
