In 1957, Bill Schluter started a family construction business (Schluter Construction) based on offering quality craftsmanship to everyone at an affordable price and thanks to the spirited drive of his son Jerry, that tradition continues today (As the Schluter Construction Era Has Ended) as Legacy Building and Design LLC.
