TitleTown Pest Pros is a locally owned and family driven Pest Control Company. It was created with the sole mission to bring true customer service, back to YOU, the customer. After experience of being trained by and working for the big leagues to solve pest problems the idea for TitleTown Lawn & Pest Pros was created. While some companies may be stuck in their ways of old style pest management, we are constantly adapting to our ever changing world, to deliver the most efficient and top notch service. We service both residential and commercial clients through out Eastern WI and not just care about the job being performed, but you as an individual. You can be rest assured that we will not only solve whatever pest problem you have at hand, but we will have a smile on our face, happy to take care of it for you. We love that our industry is all about getting to help people through pest problems. Some pests are extremely dangerous to our health and homes and we get to make them feel safe from that.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have to identify what the pest problem is that you are dealing with. Every pest problem requires a different and specific approach to solve. After identifies what the problem is we then get to work on solving it as well as leaving the home owner educated on best follow up practices and knowledge about how to prevent it in the future!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have gone through extensive pest training and background checks just to get certified in Pest Control. Since our industry is always changing as well, we also stay current on all new best practices and products through the many pest communities we are a part of.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Unfortunately we dont. Every pest situation is unique in order to combat it properly. Prices also vary due to size of homes or buildings, as well as frequency of visits to properly manage the problem.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with people from all aspects of life. Whether it be low income housing or small commercial mom and pops, all the way to million dollar mansions and national chains. Everyone gets pest problems at some point and since we have devoted our lives to solving pest issues we are prepared for any situation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Choose the company that you feel comforatble with and dont base it off of price. Cheaper is not always the best option and more then likely to do things for a cheaper price that pest control company is cutting corners somewhere either on less effective products, lack of insurance or licensing, unsafe practices, etc.
