We are in it because we love what we do and while helping customers realize their dreams they see how passionate we are at making sure every detail is written down and passed along through the correct channels making it a fun process for them taking away any doubt they may have had. This is what we strive for. We love meeting & making new friends for life.
Construction management can be a challenge because of all the unforeseen things that can come up during the process from Weather delays, site changes during excavation, making sure the sub-contractors get their trade done on time and not missing anything, etc. It can become a management nightmare when things start to go wrong. This is where we succeed by not letting the small things slow us down and doing whatever it takes to get the job done right the first time. We like to plan ahead for anything that could arise, and this is where we surpass the rest. When things get tough we do not cut corners, we deal with it head on.
Details, details, details, it's all in the details that’s what matters and when the stress is on it just makes us more resilient to succeed!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to be able to do an initial consultation to see what the customers dreams or ideas are and then look to see what we would all have to do in order for the customer to realize their dream or Idea.
We then put together a rough ballpark budget figure in order to see if this project is within their budget, although alot of amenities can really add into a budget we do the best we can figuring a budget figure.
If the customer does not have plans and specifications done we can draw up a design/build contract in order to put everything on paper in order to bid the project correctly with everything they desire to have in the project.
If the customer already has plans we can go ahead and put together an actual proposal for execution by the customer as long as we fall somewhere within their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When we started out 27 years ago there were no mandatory continuing education requirements but that did not stop us from wanting to learn about what the industry is finding out about the different construction methods and materials and how they should be applied correctly. Every year we would make it a point to go to the important ones. These classes were not always cheap but for us we put ourselves in our customers shoes and realize the big investment our customers are trusting us with. We don't take this trust lightly and want to make sure we are not repeating mistakes that others already learned the hard way with one of their customers. Repeating history is just insanity so why not find out what works and what doesn’t without using customers projects as Guiney pigs when others are willing and not ashamed to share what they found out the hard way.
