What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of course there’s the contact and conversations, then there’s an inspection and our professional recommendations at which point we decide together for what’s best for your pocket and longevity and quality of the work to be completed with us only advising and you making final call with all the information possible to make a good decision and then write out a proposal. If we come to terms we then ask for a job deposit and schedule the project based on what works for you and we come to an agreement with certain understandings. Then we start the job as scheduled and keep you advised and involved as much as you would like throughout entire project. Satisfied customer is our top priority

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask a lot of questions especially concerning their proposals because a majority of the time a smaller number is less quality and or less work cutting corners. If you have that information and desire that level of work bring it back to the more reputable company and see if they’ll match the number for the same work they were going to do. Likely will and then you get a higher reputable company to do the work instead, don’t hire people for cash, it’s dangerous practice and they aren’t licensed and insured often times and they aren’t paying payroll taxes or comp or unemployment which is why they are cheap, but they do significant damage to legitimate small businesses and they have no way of protecting your home and assets. Business is very difficult and those type of people create an unfair dangerous environment for them their employees and the homeowners as well in libel and property. Cheap but ignorant
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
who knows the ins and outs
mid quality important and if so research who you hire and always double check with the better quality more experienced company you’d rather hire with their quoted work against theirs. Take your time
what are their expectations and desires for the project all the way from start timelines down to types of qualities in materials and craftsmanship
