What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a part of our customer service, we are able to provide same day service if needed. After setting up an appointment with our dispatch, Our technician will preform a maitnence and safty check which is included in our "trip fee"/service call charge. Then he will diagnose the issue, explain to you what needs to be done and ask for your permission to start working.No scheduling in advance is needed, no hidden fees or unknown charges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff in fully educated, certified and skilled to address any garage door or locksmith issue. All the members of our team are screened and have a clean background so you can be worry free and confident in your professional hiring choice.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our mose recent new door installation, on November 8th, was a great project with an amazing results. The door looks awesome and everything came out great. The homeowner loved the way his new garage door looks. It took 2.5 hours from start to finish.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We recommend to choose the service providers that you felt the most comfortable with. The entire process, from the initial service request to the completion of the service, should be easy, straightforward and enjoyable.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You should ask any question that pops up, and you should be comfortable doing so. We, as service providers, need to provide the answers as it is a part of our job.
