All Phase Remodeling Inc is a locally owned award winning full service residential design/remodel company providing detailed personal remodeling solutions. We specialize in personal, client-tailored service, innovative designs, and inspiring remodeling solutions for your home.
While I enjoy many aspects of what I do, the most enjoyable moments for me are when a project is completed and we can stand back and look at the dramtic transformation with our clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make the overall procees as simple as possible. We achieve this by having a single point of contact for a project from design to finish. Our first appointment is all about getting to know our clients and what they are wanting to achieve with there project. Once we have had an opportunity to here your wants and needs, we will then provide any additional thoughts and ideas we may have. From there we will start working on a formal design and proposal. Once the design, proposal and numbers have been aggreed upon, we will then schedule your project. Upon starting your project, we will work through the scope of work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get you back in and settled in your new space. Upon completion, we will do a walthrough with you to ensure everything meets or exceeds your expectations. You can rest assured your project will be well thoughtout and will last as we provide a five year warranty on all of our projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner I am involved in all of my projects from start to finish. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years. I am a NARI Certified Remodeler and continue to educate myself on new products and building trends through various training and certification programs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The vast majority of our projects are done through a fixed contract. We base our numbers on the overall scope of work and materials specified. When we enter into an agreement with a client, we will stand behind our numbers. If the scope of work does not change, neither will our numbers.
How did you get started in this business?
I started off in the construction industry as a young man by chance. I started as a general laborer and quickly took to the work, advancing through various skill sets to the point that I became an equity partner with the company I started out with, ultimately buying out the owner and forging forward on my own path.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We pride ourselves on our customer service. Our projects range from small repairs to whole home remodels. We have worked with a wide range of people through the years and we go out of our way to accomodate each clients individual needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Regardless of who you ultimately hire for your project, we encourage our clients to do there due dilagence and thourghoughly research any company the are thinking of hiring. We recomend that you look at there CCB record as well as there BBB rating. We also highly recomend that you talk with previous clients. We have found that previous clients are an excellent indicator of what to expect from your contractor of choice.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We always encourage our clients to look at there list of wants and needs and prioritize the list. We also advise people to think about there budget for a project.
