Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There are many of them but the most recent one we did for a customer of ours was a moveout repair. The tenants had moved out and the house was in really bad shape. They were very stressed out due to their timeline to get the repairs done. We were able to turn the home around and we got the repairs done sooner than expected. Our customer was very pleased with the work. They also told us that they got 100% of their deposit back.
